YRKE is a compact table made from solid American walnut, designed especially for smaller spaces. Its square shape makes it easy to place in a small kitchen or dining area, allowing you to use the available space efficiently while maintaining comfortable movement around the table.
The tabletop is crafted from solid walnut wood, carefully selected for its stability and distinctive grain pattern. The surface is protected with a durable hardwax-oil finish, which shields the wood from everyday stains and minor damage. The natural grain and deep, dark tone of walnut are the main decorative features, which is why the table’s form remains simple and minimalist. The 1.9 cm thick tabletop has been chosen to maintain a slim silhouette, add visual lightness to the piece, and provide more space underneath the table for comfortable seating and greater flexibility when choosing chairs.
Gently rounded corners and subtly profiled edges soften the form of the table, ensuring that despite the solid material it appears light and refined. The stable construction guarantees comfortable everyday use without wobbling or loss of rigidity.
